The Role:
As a Mid-Level Social Media Specialist, you hold the reins of crafting captivating content, managing social media channels, analyzing data, and developing strategies to engage our clients’ audiences. In addition to sharing your expertise with our team of content creators and managers, you’ll also lead and guide them.
Your expertise in crafting effective social media strategies will be instrumental in identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and planning and analyzing campaigns to achieve our objectives. You’ll continuously adapt and refine these strategies based on data-driven insights.
Managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms will be second nature to you. You’ll optimize ads for maximum reach and engagement, all while being mindful of budget management and tracking results.
Staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing is essential as you identify opportunities and adapt to changes, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.

We’re on the hunt for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in a social agency or on the client-side within a social team. Juggling multiple deadlines is a breeze for you, and your keen social mind (both online and offline) effortlessly translates trending topics into innovative ideas. Structured and detail-oriented, you maintain a clear overview while being creatively innovative, stress-resistant, and quick on your feet. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus, and you hold a minimum of an HBO or WO level of education.

As a vital member of the social team, you’ll play a crucial role in determining the weekly planning across various social media platforms. Creating engaging social content (including copywriting, photography, and video) will be part of your routine. Researching and curating top-notch content will keep you on the pulse of what’s hot and relevant. You’ll collaborate on new formats and viral ideas to keep our social media buzzing. Client interaction will be essential as you justify strategy choices and serve as a trusted sparring partner.
